Ruby Mittal is an economics graduate from the University of Oxford. She completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi in India, and recently, MSc in Economics for Development at the Lincoln College. Her MSc thesis focused on investigating the agglomeration spillovers of public sector manufacturing firms in India. She is interested in various development issues such as climate, risk and growth. Before coming to Oxford, she interned at Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), and contributed in the construction of State Investment Index. Now, she works with Our World In Data (OWID) team on data entries, and the Sustainable Development Goals project. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, designing, reading and cooking. She had been the creative head of economics department at her college, and a member of Lincoln College’s charities team.
