Congratulations to INET Oxford Doctoral Student Lukas Lehner, who won the Department of Social Policy and Intervention’s annual Barnett Prize for the best paper submitted by a research student.

Lukas won the award for his paper Begging thy co-worker – Is Europe’s wage growth destined to slow further?, written with Paul Ramskogler and Aleksandra Riedl (both of Oesterreichische Nationalbank). A working paper version of the research will be published towards the end of the year.
