Andrea earned a MSc in Economics from the University of Bologna, and he is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) at the University of Essex. His research focuses on a wide range of economic phenomena including, among others, non-standard employment, earnings dynamics, subjective well-being and its relationship to utility and choices, consumption and saving decisions.
