Penny Mealy

Penny holds degrees in economics and science and is currently undertaking a DPhil under the supervision of Professor Cameron Hepburn and Professor Doyne Farmer. Her research interests include agent-based modelling, technological evolution, economic growth and sustainable development. Penny's research at Oxford is supported by the Institute of New Economic Thinking and the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment. Prior to joining INET, Penny worked as an economist in Australia, where she predominantly focused on issues relating to energy, resources and climate change.
