In this week's Financial Times, Martin Wolf drew on research by our Senior Research Fellow John Muellbauer to analyse problems with the British housing market. Wolf draws on a recent paper by Muellbauer in which he discusses how UK housing policy failures have "resulted in widening intergenerational inequality, increased social exclusion, adversely affected productivity and growth and raised the risk of financial instability."
