Biography

Chenxi is a first-year DPhil student in Sociology at Nuffield College and the University of Oxford. She holds a BSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.

Chenxi’s doctoral research examines educational and labour market inequalities through a gender lens. Using quantitative and computational methods, her research investigates the social determinants and consequences of education-occupation mismatch for individual and family well-being.

At INET Oxford, Chenxi works as a Research Assistant on the application of large language models (LLMs) and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into inequality research.
