Biography
Luis is a DPhil candidate at the School of Geography and the Environment, where he is part of the Complexity Economics group at the Institute of New Economic Thinking and the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment.
He holds an MPhil in Environmental Policy from Cambridge and completed a BSc in Sustainability & Change at the University of Hohenheim, with studies abroad at Harvard and National University of Singapore. His research focuses on energy economics, with particular interests in technology cost forecasting and the energy transition, using quantitative models.
