Biography

Jan Meyerhoff-Liang is a Research Associate of Prof Eric Beinhocker at the Institute for New Economic Thinking, Blavatnik School of Government. Previously, Jan pursued his PhD in economic geography at University College Dublin, Ireland, and a MA in economic geography at Leibniz University of Hanover, Germany. His research has focused on patent-based indicators of the interdependencies between fields of technology as well as regional structural change. His main areas of interest are entrepreneurship and innovation studies, technical change, and the foundations of economics.
