Biography
Kathryn is reading for a DPhil supervised by Dr Alex Money, Professor Cameron Hepburn and Professor Gordon L Clark at the Smith School for Enterprise and the Environment based in the School of Geography, University of Oxford. Kathryn is a 2020 Frédéric Bastiat Fellow at The Mercatus Center, George Mason University.
Kathryn holds an MSc in Water Science, Policy & Management from the University of Oxford and a BA in Ethics, Society & Law, Environmental Studies & Environmental Ethics from Trinity College, University of Toronto. Kathryn completed a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility & Sustainability (SR&S) at the University of St Michael’s College.
Kathryn’s research interests include global freshwater insecurity, asset-level data, institutional investing, Environment/Energy/Natural Resource Policy, the ethics of AI and catastrophic risk.
