Biography

Siyu is an applied environmental economist with a focus on innovation and climate policy. Her research interests lie in clean energy transitions and environmental economics.

Siyu currently is a postdoctoral research associate within the CO2RE Hub at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at Oxford University. She is also affiliated with Oxford Net Zero and with the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School. She holds a Ph.D and a M.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and a M.S in Financial Markets and Institutions from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
