Biography
Xiyu is a DPhil candidate at the School of Geography and the Environment and INET Oxford under the supervision of Prof. Cameron Hepburn and Dr François Lafond. Her research interests lie in energy and environmental economics, particularly in energy modelling, electricity market design, times-series analysis, and environmental policies. Before starting her DPhil, Xiyu obtained an MPhil in Finance and Economics fully funded by St John's College at University of Cambridge and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Manchester.
