Biography

Cephas is a Doctoral Student in Mathematics at the University of Oxford, supervised by Prof. Doyne Farmer and Prof Samuel Cohen, and a member of INET's Complexity Economics group. His current research focuses on volatility forecasting by stochastic filtering and Bayesian learning. Cephas's doctoral studies are funded by the Rhodes Trust Foundation. He completed his undergraduate studies in Actuarial Sciences at the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe.
