Biography
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, and the Deputy Director of the Climate Econometrics project based in Nuffield College. I am also a James Martin Research Fellow at the Oxford Martin School, Programme for Economic Modelling at the Institute for New Economic Thinking, and an Associate Member at Nuffield College. My work has been funded by a British Academy Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the Department of Economics at the University of Oxford, and I was also a visiting researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, at the Global Policy Lab and the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory.
I am involved in the Solid Carbon Project. We have just received funding from the Canadian New Frontiers in Research Fund (NFRF).
