Biography

Matías Ciaschi is a Postdoctoral Researcher at INET Oxford, Senior Researcher at CEDLAS and Visiting Fellow at The International Inequalities Institute at LSE, specializing in applied microeconomics. He has also worked as consultant for major international organizations including the World Bank, OECD, IDB, CAF, and UNU-WIDER. His work centers on social mobility, focusing on how economic inequality evolves and how opportunities are passed between generations. He also studies the impact of economic shocks on labor markets, education, and poverty.
