Biography
I am Professor of Inclusive and Sustainable Wellbeing and Pensions at Nyenrode Business University. Previously, I was an economist at the OECD and a postdoctoral researcher at Nuffield College and the Institute for New Economic Thinking (INET) at the University of Oxford. I have a PhD in Economics from Leiden University and have been visiting scholar at the World Bank Development Research Group and Harvard. In addition, I worked as consultant for the OECD, World Bank, and the Global Fund.
My fields of interest are inclusive and sustainable wellbeing (beyond-GDP); comparative political economy; social protection, health and pension policies; and sustainable finance.
