Environmental Policy Coordinator at the Austrian Ministry of Environment


Moritz Schwarz is an MSc. graduate from Oxford’s Environmental Change Institute and currently works as an environmental policy coordinator at the Austrian Ministry of Environment. In his research as an Associate with Climate Econometrics, Moritz modelled the relative economic damage of different climate scenarios and is currently working on econometrically estimating the relative attribution of damage to climate phenomena. Additionally, he has published on the compatability of economic growth and climate action and studied EU Carbon Leakage measures.
